A bus carrying Canadian Armed Forces members was completely destroyed by fire Tuesday night.
Around 8:30 p.m., Brighton and Cramahe Township Fire responded to the Hwy 401 west, where the bus was burning near the Lake Road overpass, west of Brighton.
The military members were able to get off safely, however, the vehicle was completely destroyed.
While the 401 was closed for hours, vehicles are now able to get through.
