Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hosting a Redevelopment Information Session to provide the community the opportunity to learn more about the long-term visions for new future hospital and Campus of Care.
The session will take place on Thursday, June 4 at the Sunny Life Recreation & Wellness Centre in Campbellford.
The evening will begin with an information presentation from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by an open house from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., where community members will have the opportunity to speak directly with members of the Redevelopment Team and ask questions about the project.
Those interested in learning more are welcome to attend any portion of the evening’s programming.
“Redevelopment is about planning for the future of healthcare in our region,” said Jeff Hohenkerk, President & CEO of Campbellford Memorial Hospital. “As we continue through the planning process, it’s important that residents have opportunities to learn more about the work underway, understand what this stage of the project involves, and stay connected to the vision for our future hospital and Campus of Care.”
The session will include updates on:
- The current stage of the redevelopment process
- Early planning and site assessment activities currently underway
- The vision and goals behind the proposed Campus of Care
- How redevelopment planning supports future healthcare needs in the region
CMH also notes that similar redevelopment information sessions and open houses will be held throughout the region over the coming months.
