On May 22, 2026, Canadian Forces Base Kingston will conduct a routine exercise to support military training and readiness on the CFB Kingston footprint during off-peak hours.
During this training period, pedestrians and vehicles accessing the base may may see military members in uniform carrying weapons. Blank ammunition will be used, and all safety protocols will be strictly followed. There will be no risk to any individuals in the training area.
Traffic will be regulated by marshals on the ground. Pedestrians and vehicles entering the base may be required to present government-issued identification and state their purpose, and may be subject to further searches.
