Resolve Counselling Services Canada is inviting the community to come together for its annual Walk for Wellness on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Lake Ontario Park in Kingston. This free, family-friendly event raises vital funds and awareness for mental health and wellness services across the Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington (KFL&A) region.
The Walk for Wellness is a signature fundraising event for Resolve, bringing together individuals, families, organizations, and local partners in support of accessible mental health care. Funds raised through the campaign stay local, directly supporting programs and services that help people in KFL&A heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives.
“Every step taken at the Walk for Wellness helps ensure that individuals and families in our community can access the support they need,” says Stafford Murphy, Executive Director. “This event is about more than fundraising, it’s about connection, awareness, and building a stronger, healthier community together.”
Resolve Counselling Services provides a wide range of programs including individual, family, and couples counselling; child and youth programming; support for those experiencing intimate partner violence; developmental disability services; financial wellness programming; and specialized supports for survivors of trauma. As a registered charity and a member agency of the United Way of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington, Resolve is committed to making mental health services accessible to all.
