A Belleville man has been charged after an investigation into a stabbing at an apartment complex in Belleville’s west end.
Belleville police responded to a call for service at around 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Police say that further investigation revealed that an altercation occurred between multiple individuals.
Two people were taken to hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The Belleville Police Criminal Investigations Division arrested and charged 56-year-old Kyle Allin with:
- Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
- Assault with a weapon
He was released on an undertaking with a scheduled court date in June.
