The numbers are in for Quinte West’s April building statistics.
A total of 39 permits with a combined value of $22,127,000 were issued in April. Of those permits, 10 represented new housing starts. This is a slight increase over April of last year, which saw 37 permits issued, with a combined value of $4,154,000.
So far this year at the end of April, Quinte West issued 128 building permits with a combined value of $37,847,000. At the same point last year, 161 permits had been issued with a value of $22,363,000.
