Northumblerand OPP are investigating after an incident in Roseneath.
On Monday, shortly before 8:00 p.m., officers responded to an incident at a residence on Hall Road in Roseneath. The officers were told that two individuals were involved in an altercation and that a weapon was involved.
The suspects police were looking for had left by the time police arrived. Police took a description of their vehicle. Everyone involved knew each other.
Through continued investigation, OPP located and took several individuals into custody at an address on County Road 22 in the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand at approximately 10:00 p.m. No other people are being sought at this time.
The investigation is being continued by the OPP Crime Unit.
