Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee will hear public input Monday (May 4) on a proposed expansion to a subdivision in the far east end of the urban part of the city.
The proposed development is called Hanley Park North and would be east of the Mercedes Meadows development.
The subdivision has been reconfigured after past public comment and is now back to the committee for a recommendation.
Hanley Park North would feature 103 residential units consisting of 74 single-family dwellings and 29 townhouses along with parks and walkways.
The Planning Advisory Committee meets at 5:30 at City Hall and the meeting will be livestreamed.
