Prince Edward County has approved a draft plan of condominium for a lot in Hillier Ward.
During Wednesday’s planning committee meeting, council discussed the planning application for the site along Loyalist Parkway. The 57 hectare property, known as Lot 30, currently sits vacant.
In their application, the developer laid out plans for a resort, spa, vineyard, restaurant, and production facility on the property, which would be split into five distinct units which shared communal parking and access ways.
Councillors voted to approve the plan, and forwarded it to the next session of council for final approval.
