The Trenton Golden Hawks prevailed in the latest edition of the Battle of Quinte Friday night in Wellington.
The G-Hawks edged the Dukes in front of a packed Lehigh Arena 3-2.
Shots on goal were as close as the score with Trenton taking 29 shots and Wellington 26.
Scoring for the Golden Hawks were Lucas Digiantommaso, Daylen Moses, and Casey Bridgewater.
Evan Erwin and Landon Marleau scored for the Dukes. Erwin and Marleau were first and second stars of the
game respectively while Trenton’s Casey Bridgewater was selected as the third star.

Both teams now have some time off, returning to action on Tuesday.
