Taeo Artichuk has not only broken a points record, he is mostly likely going to smash it.
The Trenton Golden Hawks forward became the all-time points leader for the team, when he notched his 95th point of the year, Saturday evening in Aurora.
The previous record was held by Adam O’Marra with 94 points in 2023-24.
“Arty” as his teammates call him, would finish with four points in the game, his 29th multi-point game of the year.
He now has 97 points and there are still 11 games remaining in Trenton’s regular season.
Artichuk currently leads the OJHL in goals, assists, points, points per game, and short-handed goals.
