Hastings County has approved an extension to an affordable housing project in the hamlet of Deloro.
During Thursday’s meeting of Hastings County Council, councillors discussed the project, which was originally scheduled to have a 15-unit building ready for occupants by the end of December.
The project was delayed, however, by a lack of cupboards and cabinetry, which kept the upper floors from being fully completed. The first floor’s units were finished on time.
Council approved an extension of the project without debate.
