Bancroft OPP have arrested one person and laid multiple charges.
Officers were on general patrol just after 8:30 p.m. on Sunday when they located a wanted party in the Town of Bancroft.
A short time later, police arrested the accused.
A search was conducted and a small amount of drugs were located.
Thirty-five-year-old Ashley Shaw of Bancroft was charged with the following:
· Fail to Comply with a probation order – four counts
· Possession of a Schedule I substance
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on March 3, 2026.
