Investigators with the OPP’s Criminal Investigation Branch have put out a new plea for information that would help solve a homicide investigation into the disappearance of Calvin Vanness.
On Wednesday, March 26, 2008, the 65-year-old was last seen driving his car, a grey four-door 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix with red flames on the side, in the Belleville area.
On Tuesday, April 1, 2008, his vehicle was located at a commuter parking lot on Highway 38 in Kingston.

Investigators believe an unknown person may have been driving his vehicle during some of this time.
OPP and the Belleville Police Service have investigated the disappearance as a homicide since April 2010.
Investigators believe someone has information that could help determine what happened to Calvin.
The Province of Ontario is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Calvin Vanness.
