A man wanted for breaching probation was arrested by Belleville police Monday night.
Police were called about a man appearing to be checking for unlocked vehicles in a Bell Boulevard parking lot at around 10:30 p.m.
Shortly after that there was a call about a man matching the same description causing a disturbance at a nearby hotel.
Officers arrested 52 year-old David Robertson of no fixed address. Robertson is the same man arrested and convicted of arson after Thrasher’s Garden Centre suffered heavy fire damage in August of 2023.
