Power is partially restored in the east end of Belleville.
Elexicon Energy is reporting that the outage is now centralized in the Industrial Park area.
The cause of the outage is due to a construction accident.
Hydro crews say the estimated time for power to be restored is 5 p.m.
Fewer than 50 customers are now affected.
