Northumberland OPP has laid a charge in connection with a fatal collision involving a motorcycle and tractor trailer last year in Brighton.
The collision on County Road 30 during the afternoon of November 13, resulted in the death of the motorcyclist, a 38-year-old male from Trent Hills.
As a result of the investigation, a 59-year-old man from Otonabee is charged with left turn – fail to afford reasonable opportunity to avoid collision.
The accused is due to appear in court in Cobourg at a future date.
