Belleville police say there is an investigation into shots fired at a nearby residence in the area of Highway 37 and Harmony Road.
The suspect is described as man wearing a mask who was in all black clothing.
He left the area in a stand-up electric powered scooter with two wheels at the front and two wheels at the rear.
The investigation in the Foxboro area has impacted dismissal at both Foxboro and Harmony Public Schools as both were put in a secure and hold while police locate the suspect.
Buses were being delayed slightly at both schools.
Multiple officers were at the schools escorting the students to their buses.
Police remain at the scene and are continuing the investigation.
No injuries are being reported.
