The St. Michael’s Buzzers beat the Wellington Dukes 5-2 on Friday night.
Brad Barker, and Nick Dipaolo scored for the Dukes.
The Dukes took the first goal early in the first period before the Buzzers came back to get two of their own. The second period was mostly scoreless but the Buzzers slipped in a late goal to extend their lead. In the third, the Buzzers scored two more before the Dukes grabbed their second and final goal for the night, handing the Buzzers the win.
The Dukes are back in action on Sunday, hosting the Markham Royals. Game time is 2:30.
