Lennox and Addington OPP recovered four stolen vehicles over the weekend.
Saturday afternoon, officers on patrol, using the Automatic Licence Plate Reader, identified a stolen vehicle parked at a County Road 41 business just north of Highway 401.
The vehicle had been stolen in the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment area on January 26.
The driver, 54-year-old Raymond French of Petawawa, was charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5000.
Late Saturday afternoon, police responded to a report of a vehicle fire on County Road 14 just east of County Road 41.
A flatbed truck carrying an excavator was stolen from Frontenac Township.
The driver had fled the scene.
Witnesses reported a white pickup truck had been following the flatbed.
Police are still looking for suspects.
Sunday morning an abandoned Kubota RTV was reported in a field behind a house on Cutler Road in Stone Mills Township.
OPP confirm the vehicle was stolen but no one was seen in the area.
This investigation also remains ongoing.
