It was a Christmas gift that had a lot to give to a Picton resident.
Kathy Vidito won a $100,000 prize on a scratch ticket she received for Christmas.
Vidito is a regular lottery player but received the winning ticket as part of an INSTANT GIFT PACK she received from her sister.
She says she plans to share the win with her sister. “We always promised that if either of us won, we would share with each other. We plan to celebrate by going away for a few days.”
The winning ticket was purchased at Scott’s Store on Lake Street in Picton.
