Hastings County council has officially welcomed a new family doctor.
At Thursday’s meeting, council approved a five-year agreement with Dr. Geoffrey Sinton
in exchange for $75,000 to help pay for relocation expenses.
Dr. Sinton has many years experience, practising in Western Canada and in the Niagara Region.
He is now part of the Central Hastings Family Health Organization in Marmora and Lake.
