Lennox & Addington OPP are asking for the public’s help identifying a person or persons involved in a fence being damaged at Quinte Regional Detention Centre.
Police responded to a report of a vehicle crashing into the fence around 1:27 p.m. on November 24.
The vehicle is said to be a black truck. The driver is described as a white male with salt and pepper hair wearing a grey sweater and jeans. He is said to be 6 feet tall with a skinny build.
The vehicle was able to drive out from the ditch and fence and left the scene travelling west on Richmond Boulevard.
Police say the vehicle will have damage to the front and passenger side and will be missing the passenger-side mirror.
Anyone with home security video or vehicle video that may have captured the incident is asked to reach out to OPP.
