The City of Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee has approved a recommendation that would allow a maximum of 16 condominium townhouse units on Old Highway 2 to be serviced by a municipal water and a communal sewage system.
The properties are located at 564 and 578A Old Highway 2 in Sidney Ward.
A preliminary site plan from Andrew Smith Building Design Inc. shows four blocks of one-storey townhouse units on the north side of the property towards the Bay of Quinte.
Each block would contain four dwelling units
This amendment is considered a first step in developing the subject property.
