There will be more than just Santa and his elves at Belleville’s Santa Claus Parade.
The Rotary Club of Belleville’s Clowns for Kids are back raising money to support local children’s programming.
Local business owners and community members dress up as clowns and walk the parade route.
Special guest clowns this year – Belleville Senators Head Coach David Bell and Forward Egor Sokolov.
Last year, the inaugural Rotary’s Clowns for Kids event raised over $10,000 and organizers hope to surpass that this year.
Programs supported include Rotary’s Food for Learning warm breakfasts, The Children’s Foundation, Camp Merrywood Easter Seals Camp, and the local YMCA Build Campaign.
The parade is Sunday, November 19.
You can participate as a Rotary Clown, sponsor a clown, or make a donation.
