Police charged two people in connection with separate altercations in the town of Bancroft on Monday.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to a disturbance call at a Station Street business shortly after 5 p.m. and arrested one person.
Christopher Robinson, a 42-year-old from Bancroft, is charged with utter threat and assault.
In another incident around 9 p.m., OPP were dispatched to a threat call.
Officers spoke to an employee of the business and the investigation resulted in the arrest of 45-year-old Christopher Ramsay of Bancroft on a charge of utter threat.
