Two people are facing charges after cocaine was confiscated Tuesday night.
Quinte West OPP conducted a traffic stop on Byron Street as part of a drug trafficking investigation.
Twenty-two-year-old Karakwontonh Maracle of Belleville and 27-year-old Andrea Pelrine of Quinte West have both been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime, and failing to comply with a release order.
Both were held in custody pending a bail hearing.
