A 37-year-old has been charged after engine trouble in Quinte West.
A report of a boat running into engine trouble led to the discovery of the boat in the Trent Servern Waterway, drifting toward shore late Wednesday evening.
The boat was reported stolen and a Trenton resident has been arrested
