The Quinte West OPP have laid charges in an impaired driving investigation.
On September 25, 2023, at approximately 4 p.m., officers responded to a single vehicle collision on Glen Ross Road, Quinte West.
An investigation led to the driver being arrested.
Kyle Macintyre, 36 years old from Quinte West, has been charged with the following offences:
- Operation while impaired – Alcohol or drugs
- Operation while prohibited
- Obstruct peace officer
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on November 9, 2023.
