The need is great and growing and The Children’s Foundation is expanding its Picton-based Angel Tree program.
In a press release Tuesday the Foundation says the Angel Tree program will be expanded to include all of Prince Edward County along with Hastings and Northumberland counties.
Through the program, children’s gifts, such as snowsuits, are distributed to families for the Christmas holidays and the Foundation will begin distributing them from all of its offices including Picton, Belleville, Cobourg, and Bancroft.
