An outdoor movie screen which has been in operation since 1954 is up for sale. That, along with the property it sits on.
Realtor Mark Franks tells Quinte News that the Mustang Drive-In, between Huff’s and Warings Corner in The County, is on the market.
It was most recently purchased by current owners Dawn Laing and Drew Downs, who picked it up in the fall of 2019, running it through the pandemic.

Mark Franks says although Laing and Downs hope new buyers will keep it as a drive-in theatre, he says there is no guarantee as to what a future owner would do.
The site is listed as commercial/highway zone, meaning it could stay the same, or become a restaurant, retail, sport or more.
The nine-acre property includes two screens, a canteen for food, a two-bedroom home, and room for up to 400 vehicles.
It is listed for just under $1.6-million.
Franks says there have been dozens of inquiries so far, with interest coming from across the province and locally.
