Both people allegedly involved in an intimate partner dispute in Belleville Thursday night are facing charges.
Police responded to an incident in the east end of the city around 9 p.m.
Both the male and female involved received minor physical injuries during the altercation.
A fish tank was also broken.
A 34-year-old male from Quinte West is charged with assault causing bodily harm and mischief and a 29-year-old Belleville female has been charged with assault.
They are both scheduled to appear in court next month.
