6:45 a.m. UPDATE: Both the baby girl and the 23-year-old man have been LOCATED SAFELY
An Amber Alert was issued across Ontario for a three-month-old girl at around 2:30 a.m. Thursday.
The suspect in the case was a 23 year old man.
He had last been seen around Roseneath north of Cobourg.
Just before 7 a.m. the Amber Alert was ended as both were located safely.
