A Belleville man faces charges after being stopped in a Quinte West OPP RIDE program Thursday evening.
At around 8 o’clock, a vehicle was stopped and officers spotted open liquor inside. Police say the driver was showing signs of impairment.
Also seized was cocaine.
Facing drug and impaired charges is 57-year-old Mark Gorgerat.
His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.
He appears in court August 21.
