The City of Belleville wishes to inform residents that Cooney Excavating Limited will be remobilizing to Albion Street starting this Monday, July 31 to complete work on the Albion Street reconstruction project.
Construction is anticipated to be completed by the end of November.
A road closure will be in place with access to local traffic only during this time.
