Northumberland OPP have laid a fraud charge against a business owner in Hamilton Township.
On July 6, police received information alleging that a business owner had not completed work as agreed upon at the victim’s residence.
OPP charged Robert Murdoch with fraud over $5,000 on July 15.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court September 6.
