The Trenton Golden Hawks have announced they have acquired Matthew Loo from the Port Moody Panthers in the Pacific Junior Hockey League.
The Vancouver, B.C. native finished last season in the PCJHL and played 61 games with the Langley Rivermen in the British Columbia Hockey League over the past two seasons.
“We are excited to welcome Loo to Quinte West,” says Head Coach and General Manager Derek Smith.
“The 5’8/160 pound rear guard brings a strong skill set to the ice. He is offensive and dynamic. The ability to move the puck out of the zone with the strong first pass is very important, and we are excited to have him come to Trenton.”
Loo was acquired for a Player Development Fee.
