Hastings County is developing a new Strategic Plan to guide future priorities and is seeking public input.
“The Strategic Plan will provide a shared vision for where we are today and provide direction for long-term planning and goal setting of the organization and the critical services we deliver,” said Connor Dorey, the Chief Administrative Officer of Hastings County.
Residents, business owners and individuals who access Hastings County’s services are encouraged to complete the Public Engagement Survey by Friday August 4.
Responses are anonymous and will be used to support strategic planning.
“Input from individuals who live, work and use services in Hastings County is crucial to developing a strategic plan that addresses what is most important to our community,” said Warden Bob Mullin. “I encourage everyone across our service area to complete
the survey and provide us with their thoughts on our services and the issues that are most important.”
