The Belleville Senators announced on Friday that the team has signed goaltender Mark Sinclair to a one-year, two-way American Hockey League contract.
Sinclair spent most of last season playing for the Cincinnati Cyclones in the ECHL, with a 19-7-2 record in 32 appearances. During this time he had a 2.70 goals against average and 0.917 saves percentage.
The Hamilton native made his AHL debut with the Senators in April, when he earned a shutout during a 1-0 loss to the Cleveland Monsters at CCA Arena.
Sinclair has played with several teams over his career, including the Caledonia Corvairs in the GOJHL between 2014 and 2016, the Chilliwack Chiefs in the BCHL in 2016 and 2017, and the Hamilton Red Wings in the OJHL between 2013 and 2015.
