It was known as the site of the Havelock Country Jamboree for decades, but now it is for sale.
The jamboree has brought in some of the biggest names in country music.
They include Kenny Rogers, Loretta Lynn, Glen Campbell, Alan Jackson, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Toby Keith, Travis Tritt, and Reba McIntyre to name a few.
Now the site along Highway 7 is up for sale.

The entire property is broken into seven parcels, totalling about 470 acres. In the past it was used for vendors, the stages, parking, the main entrance, overflow for camping, and more.
The real estate listing includes four homes, a former golfing range, numerous barns, roads, hydro, and the twin stages.
The site at Highway 7 and Highway 48 is listed as commercial, special event, and residential, and is being listed for just over $13 million.
