A single vehicle collision resulted in impaired driving charges for a couple from Tweed.
Central Hastings OPP responded to a single vehicle roll-over on Marlbank Road last Thursday night.
The driver was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
While officers were on scene, another driver showed up with open liquor.
Investigation resulted in both drivers being arrested.
Thirty-three-year-old Gregory Shaw and 28-year-old Morgan Newson face two charges each of operation while impaired.
Shaw is also charged with dangerous operation and operation while prohibited while Newson faces two further charges of driving while under suspension and driving with liquor readily available.
Both accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear in court on June 15.
Both vehicles were towed and impounded for seven days and the drivers received 90 day licence suspensions.
