A tender has been issued for the construction of the Clare McFaul Long Term Care Home in Madoc.
The home, which will be operated by UniversalCare Canada, will feature 128 beds and be located on
St. Lawrence Street West.
It’s estimated the cost of facility will be around $35 million, creating around 130 jobs.
It’s hoped construction will begin in August.
