MIXED USE BUILDING PROPOSED FOR TRENTON
A commercial/residential building could be coming to the east side of Trenton in the future.
Thursday Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee recommended council approve the rezoning of a vacant lot at 130 Dundas Street East near the Beer Store.
It’s proposed the ground floor consist of retail commercial businesses with 11 condominiums above.
Quinte West council will make the final decision.

PLANS FOR BATAWA
Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee has recommended council approve a draft plan of subdivision for a housing development proposed for
Batawa.
The development would feature 36 townhouses under a condominium agreement and be located on Thomas Bata Boulevard.
When it was first brought to the city in 2021 the plan was for 44 townhouses but after public comment was reduced to 36.
