Two people have been charged following separate domestic incidents in Belleville.
In both cases the female victims received minor injuries.
Police responded to a call from a Moira Street address around 10 a.m. on Monday where a male allegedly struck the female victim and threw a piece of furniture out of the front window of the residence.
A 32-year-old man from Belleville was held for a bail hearing on charge of domestic assault and domestic mischief.
Monday afternoon, police attended a Cannifton Road address to investigate an alleged domestic disturbance which had occurred the previous day.
The male suspect, a 43-year-old resident of Mexico, was located at his residence and arrested on charges of domestic assault and uttering threats.
He was also held for a bail hearing.
