It’s official.
Belleville council passed a by-law at its meeting Monday updating its property tax rebate program for low income seniors and those on Ontario disability benefits.
This year those eligible would receive up to a $900 rebate with the amount increasing by $100 a year up to $1,200 by the end of council’s term in 2026.
