Lower Trent Conservation has cancelled the Flood Watch statement for the Trent River from Hastings to Trenton.
High flow conditions still exist along the Trent River System, but water levels have declined and further flooding is not expected.
A steady decline in flows and water levels has occurred since the water peaked April 7 and even though there is rain in the forecast over the next several days, it is not expected to have much impact.
The Conservation reports the peak water level and flows did not reach the levels observed in 2014.
