F45 Training in Belleville is preparing for an intense workout and fundraiser.
Coaches and trainers are seeking to raise money for Three Oaks women’s shelter in Belleville by hosting an Erg-a-thon. The more funds raised, the longer the trainers will have to work out.
Their fundraising goal is $3000.
The deadline for donations is May 1.
