The Pickering Panthers scored three unanswered goals in the third period to rally past the Trenton Golden Hawks 4-2.
Ethan Lindsay scored 13 seconds into the third period to tie the game for Pickering. Lucas Littlejohn scored the winner at 14:09 of the third.
Dillon Stiles and Zev Podolski scored for the Hawks who split their weekend games following a three-week Christmas break.
The Panthers outshot Trenton 42-41.
Trenton is back on the road tomorrow night when they play the St. Mike’s Buzzers in Toronto.
Jets trounce the Huskies
In Junior C hockey play the Frankford Huskies weren’t able to get any momentum from their big win over the first place Napanee Raiders Friday night. They lost 8-2 to the Amherstview Jets.
