The Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, is attending the upcoming inaugural council meeting for Prince Edward County.
As a representative of His Majesty The King, the Lieutenant Governor completes constitutional and ceremonial duties within Ontario on his behalf.
The inaugural meeting of the 2022-2026 term of council will be held at the Regent Theatre on Monday, starting at 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
