The staffing shortage in Belleville has reached into many aspects of manufacturing, as well as downtown businesses .
Belleville Chamber of Commerce CEO Jill Raycroft, tells Quinte News manufacturing is struggling and it’s also a challenge in the health care sector.
“They’re overworked and they just do not have enough people. People are exiting and moving around. The hospitality industry has been having this problem for quite a while. I mean, we saw it in the county, probably first.”
